On March 24th, the ESL Teacher Training was successfully held at Majestic International College (MIC). This training not only introduced the latest teaching concepts and practical techniques to MIC’s faculty but also provided support for their professional development.
Throughout the program, Edexcel-certified trainers delivered in-depth yet accessible sessions covering all aspects of ESL instruction—from pedagogical theories to practical skills, curriculum design to assessment methods—significantly enhancing participants' teaching proficiency. Educators actively engaged in discussions, exchanged teaching experiences, and collaborated closely with the trainers.
The training broadened teachers’ perspectives and equipped them with actionable teaching strategies. Participants unanimously agreed that the program was highly rewarding, boosting both their professional expertise. Additionally, it fostered stronger collaboration and camaraderie among faculty members, strengthening team cohesion.
