Respected teachers, dear mum and dad, and all faculty members of the school,
At this moment, holding this weighty certificate for the "Cambridge Outstanding Learner Award", my perfect score in IGCSE Mathematics is more than just a number—it is the culmination of all the gratitude in my heart.
First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere thanks to my Mathematics teachers, Ms. Zhong Yuxin and Ms. Chang Juan. It was you who turned complex formulas and theorems into clear logical frameworks, transforming Mathematics from a mere subject into a language through which I explore the world. You did not only impart knowledge, but also ignited my passion for rigorous thinking. Whenever I encountered difficult problems, you always guided me with patience, teaching me the value of perseverance embodied in the saying, "When one path seems blocked, another opens up in the shade of willows." This honour first and foremost belongs to your dedicated guidance.
Thank you, my dear mum and dad! You have been my most solid support. During those countless nights when I studied late into the evening, your silent company and a warm cup of milk were always by my desk. You never put pressure on me; instead, you offered encouragement when I was tired and direction when I felt lost. Your love and trust are the warmest light in my journey forward.
I also want to thank my school, Meilun International High School, for providing such an excellent learning platform and an atmosphere for academic exploration. The abundant resources, open classrooms, and the spirit of encouraging innovation have allowed me to roam freely in the ocean of knowledge.
This honour is a recognition of my past efforts, but more importantly, it is a starting point for my future. As I face the more challenging A-Level studies ahead, I am well aware that the road forward requires deeper dedication and greater resilience. I will carry this love and respect for Mathematics, continue to maintain a down-to-earth and diligent attitude, and courageously embrace new heights. I believe that within the grand hall of Mathematics, there is a broader world waiting for me to discover.
