The 8th Sports Meet of MIC (Majestic International College) has concluded, yet the youthful energy ignited on the field continues to resonate across the autumn campus. This year’s event held special significance with two remarkable “firsts”—the introduction of the high jump and the triathlon, which witnessed the courage of MIC students as they ventured into new challenges.
At the high jump area, the bar kept rising as students soared through the air, tracing graceful arcs. Not far away, the triathlon unfolded as the ultimate test—swimming, cycling, and long-distance running, three disciplines combined into one. This was not only a trial of physical strength but also a contest of will and strategy. Every finisher emerged as a champion in their own right.
Team events served as a furnace of cohesion: in the five-legged race, chaotic steps gradually found unity;
in the 4×100-meter relay, trust was passed along with the baton;
and on the tug-of-war field, shouts and sweat fused into an unshakable force.
Our sincere thanks go to all referees, volunteers, the campus medical team, and the MIC Press Corps, as well as to the unwavering cheers from the stands. It was the participation of everyone that collectively penned this passionate chapter of memory.
The track has a finish line, but the journey of MIC students in pursuit of excellence and unity knows no end.
Those moments of rising immediately after a fall, the hoarse cheers at the finish line, and the unspoken solidarity—all shone brighter than any medal.
“First times” were never the goal but proof of how these young minds expanded their boundaries. Each time you leaped over new heights and dashed through the long track, MIC’s runway was redefined once again.
Lens may fade, but youth, glistening with sweat, will not.
Here’s to every participant, volunteer, and every one of you who cheered—
This may be the end of the games, but it is only the prelude to life. Our journey always leads to the stars and the sea!
